Made for Chronic Sufferers
The Only Nasal Device That Rinses In & Suctions Out + Pharmaceutical Grade Xylitol — Simultaneously
“I woke up in the middle of the night and realized I was breathing through my nose for the very first time ever. I have not had to get antibiotics for a sinus infection ever since.”
You've tried everything:
They all "work" — for about a week. Then it comes roaring back.
Here's why…
And it's causing the congestion, the pressure behind your eyes, the splitting headaches, and the nights you lie awake because you can't breathe lying down.
Even after a thorough rinse clears what's loose, bacteria reattach to your nasal tissue within hours.
By the next morning, the reservoir is already rebuilding. The biofilms start forming again. And the loop picks up right where it left off.
Bacteria build hardened shields called biofilms that anchor deep into your nasal tissue. Your saline rinse flows right over them the same way water runs over a rock.
The bacterial and viral colonies underneath stay hidden, protected, and untouched.
With biofilms constantly protecting the colonies and bacteria constantly re-sticking, your nasal tissue stays under attack — even between infections.
The inflammation never resolves. Your airways stay swollen. Mucus stays trapped.
And the cycle keeps spinning.
This Vicious Cycle Is Why You're Always Congested — No Matter What You Try!
They shrink the swelling a few hours. But the biofilm causing it?
Still there. The sprays wear off, and you're blocked again.
They kill the loose bacteria in your bloodstream. But the colony's bunkered on your sinus wall behind a protective film.
The pill can't reach it. It repairs itself and comes roaring back.
Each round of antibiotics wrecks your gut, costs a copay and a week of feeling worse, and makes the next one harder to beat as resistance builds
Stronger suppression. Same problem.
Nothing is actually being removed. You pay the side-effect cost and the biofilm doesn't even notice.
Yes, Rinsing helps break up the biofilm…
But if the biofilm & bacteria aren't suctioned out then they just recolonize!
Gravity-fed water takes the path of least resistance. It's not strong enough to break through the peanut-butter-like biofilm so it just flows over most of it.
Yes it has a little more pressure — but again without it being suctioned out you're stuck with biofilm & bacteria lining your nose.
Powered suction helps a LOT. You flush, feel better — but if symptoms keep coming back by evening, you may not be reaching the areas where biofilm and bacteria like to hide.

I have been using a sinus rinse for years to control, prevent, and cure sinus infections… which I get a lot of. This design is superior.
I've dealt with sinus infections for a number of years and granted the neti pot has worked but it's not working now. The neti pot isn't reaching the hard mucus deep within the sinuses like NasalFresh does.
I bought this to help my husband who has had 3 sinus surgeries and been dealing with chronic sinusitis for almost 3 years. This is easier for him to use and seems to get more thicker drainage out than the NediRinse bottles. This has become a game changer for him
While every other device pushes water in one direction, NasalFresh MD's Dual-powered irrigation rinses & suctions simultaneously. Not only does this prevent the drowning feeling & gross run off spilling to the back of your throat…
More importantly
The powered rinse loosens the peanut-butter-like biofilm on one side.
Meanwhile the powered suction, like a vacuum, gently extracts it out the other side.
Because NasalFresh MD exclusively includes both PH-Balanced Saline & Pharmaceutical Grade Xylitol.
This combination prevents most bacteria from re-sticking to your sinus tissue while relieving the inflammation.
The result? What's been hunkered down in your sinuses — the colony that antibiotics couldn't reach, that rinses just splashed over — actually comes out. You watch it land in the cup.
And this time, it doesn't grow back.
Gentle enough for daily use.
"If sprays and neti pots didn't work for you, you didn't fail. Your tools did."
Dr. Jonathan David White, D.O

Ready in under 2 minutes. No drowning feeling. No mess.
Add distilled water to the top tank.
Drop in one ClearMax packet (included). It rinses AND soothes your nasal passages as it clears.
Select from 3 gentle pressure settings. Start low. Build up as you get comfortable.
Stand upright over your sink. Hold the nasal dock to both nostrils. Press the button. NasalFresh MD does the rest in around 30 seconds.
One button press after every use. The device cleans itself. Nothing to scrub.
Urgent care visit ($160–$320) + antibiotics ($9–$24) + the follow-up if it doesn't clear ($110–$270) — for a problem you're about to stop having.
OTC sprays, decongestants, antihistamines ($100–$300) + 2-4 doctor visits a year ($220–$1,080) + antibiotic prescriptions ($18–$96) + 5-7 days of missed work ($800–$1,400+) – because it's never just one infection.
If things go to their logical end… You're looking at ENT specialist consultations ($250–$500 each) + CT imaging = $200–$800 + Balloon sinuplasty = $3,000–$7,000. Good old endoscopic sinus surgery runs from $4,700 to $25,000. (Let's hope you need just one of these treatments.)

Built By a Sufferer. Validated By a Doctor.
NasalFresh MD's founder, Michael Friend, is a product engineer. For years he couldn't fix his own congestion. Sprays that burned. Neti pots that felt like drowning. Meds that quit after two weeks.
Then one night he broke.
"Standing in my bathroom at 3 AM, unable to sleep because I couldn't breathe, I broke down. I didn't recognize the exhausted, mouth-breathing man in the mirror."
That's when Michael’s ENT named the real problem: every device rinses OR extracts — never both. So the gunk that's stuck just settles right back in, and you're blocked again by evening.
Suddenly it wasn't a medical mystery, it was an engineering problem. One that he could solve.
So he built NasalFresh MD to do both jobs: powered suction to pull the stuck buildup out, and xylitol to keep it from coming back. He then partnered with ENT Dr. Jonathan David White, D.O. to validate the science.
Since then, Michael has helped 400,000+ people break the same “clear for a few hours, blocked again by night” cycle that held him captive for so many years.
"I'm not exaggerating when I"
I'm not exaggerating when I say this is one of the most life-changing products I've ever bought. I unknowingly had a deviated septum all my adult life… As a result I've had a sinus infection every year at least once, sometimes more than that, for as long as I can remember. Until I got this! I will never forget the first night I used it, I woke up in the middle of the night and realized I was breathing through my nose for the very first time ever. I have not had to get antibiotics for a sinus infection ever since I bought this thing… It is worth every penny and then some.
"NasalFresh is a Game-Changer!"
NasalFresh MD is a game-changer. I went from 4+ sinus infections every winter down to zero for this past winter.
"Nasal Fresh has cleared up my sinus issues."
Nasal Fresh's machines are fantastic. I have dealt with severe sinus issues most of my adult life. Never have I found anything that works as well as Nasal Fresh. I have been using them for several months and my sinuses have been better than ever. I would get a sinus infection every time I turned around. I haven't had one in months after using Nasal Fresh.
"Great Machine"
The NasalFresh system has worked great for me. I am prone to getting sinus infections. Since using this I have been fairly clear. We did take a 2 month vacation and I did not take my Nasal Fresh with me. Lo and behold I got a sinus infection. I used my Nasal Fresh twice a day upon our return. The sinus infection went away after only one round of antibiotics. Before I started using Nasal Fresh it would take at least 2 rounds of antibiotics.
"Solved my sinus issues, and excellent customer service"
This device has worked extremely well to help with my chronic rhinitis symptoms. No more gunk clogging my throat in the mornings… after getting the device I was able to stop using one of my two inhalers. Overall I would recommend this service to anyone with chronic sinus problems that do not respond well to a nettipot or similar device. The powered suction makes all the difference.
"Stellar device and customer service"
This device is a Godsend for my sinus issues. I am severely allergic to dust, dust mites, and cockroaches which causes me to suffer greatly year round from sinus congestion, drainage, and thus, frequent sinus infections. I have recently considered sinus surgery, but wanted to try this device first. I will say that I'm now willing to rely on this sinus rinse and possibly not have the surgery at all.
"Nasal fresh machine"
Great machine that has help stop any sinus infections. Used to get at least 3 a year. And this year it has only been 1 since I started using the machine.

Neti pots rinse with gravity, which means they flow around the buildup. Squeeze bottles add manual pressure but no suction, so whatever you loosen just sits there. Navage adds powered suction but rinses with gravity alone.
NasalFresh MD delivers 100% more powered rinse in and 60% more powered suction out compared to Navage. It drives saline deeper while pulling the loosened buildup out.
Add the ClearMax packets (which Navage doesn't offer) and you're making it harder for buildup to re-settle. No proprietary pods to keep rebuying, either.
Saline flushes. But flushing alone is why relief never lasts — buildup just re-settles on the tissue. Xylitol leaves the surface slick so bacteria have a harder time sticking back. The device removes, the xylitol helps keep it from coming back.
Published research shows xylitol rinsing outperforms plain saline for chronic sinus symptoms.
Xylitol is well-tolerated in humans — no adverse events have been reported in any clinical trial to date. However, xylitol is toxic to dogs. Keep rinse packets stored out of reach of pets.
Most people feel a difference within the first week or two. In a clinical trial at Stanford, patients using xylitol rinses reported noticeably better breathing in just 10 days — while the saline-only group actually got slightly worse over the same period.
By month one, the deeper benefits start showing up. A 30-day trial found that xylitol rinses boosted nasal nitric oxide — a natural defense your body makes to fight infection. Saline alone didn't do this.
By month two, patients in a clinical trial had half the Staph bacteria in their nasal passages — and their sense of smell started coming back.
The biggest gains show up when you stick with it. Nasal irrigation studies consistently show that patients who rinse daily for 2–3 months report less congestion, less facial pressure, and less need for other medications.
Yes, you can use it daily. Unlike decongestant sprays that cause rebound congestion, rinsing removes what's causing the blockage. No dependency, nothing to wean off of. Doctors recommend daily use for chronic sufferers.

Not at all. There's no stinging, no burning, and no "drowning" feeling. You stand upright (no head tilting), breathe through your mouth, and the device does the work. The powered suction actually prevents the backflow that makes neti pots and squeeze bottles uncomfortable.
NasalFresh MD has 3 pressure settings. Start on the lowest, rest the nasal pillows gently against your nostril (don't jam them in), and lean slightly forward. You're in full control and can stop with one button.
What about ear pressure? Fair concern. Unlike devices that only push water in, NasalFresh MD also includes suction — which equalizes the pressure. A small number of people feel mild ear pressure, and it almost always comes down to starting too high or sealing the pillows too tight. If you have ear tubes, a current ear infection, or a history of ear problems, check with your doctor first.
Not messy to use, not messy to clean. You stand upright over your sink — no head tilting, no water running down your face. The powered suction pulls the rinse out the other side instead of letting it drain down your throat or splash everywhere.
Cleaning is just as easy. One button after each use runs a 30-second auto-clean cycle. No scrubbing, no disassembly. The device surface resists buildup and mold, so you're never rinsing with yesterday's residue.
Most customers are up and running within minutes of opening the box. (Fill. Packet. Button. That's it.) Instructional videos are available if needed — but most people don't need them.
We get it — you've tried sprays, neti pots, maybe even Navage, and you're tired of things that don't deliver.
Here's why this is different: NasalFresh MD is the only system that powers saline in on one side while simultaneously suctioning it out the other — so the loosened biofilm and bacteria actually leave your sinuses instead of settling right back in. Add the xylitol, and the surface stays slick so buildup can't re-stick. It removes what's stuck AND keeps it from coming back.
The research backs it up: In a Stanford clinical trial, patients using xylitol rinses reported noticeably better breathing in just 10 days [8]. A separate randomized controlled study found 50% less infection-causing bacteria by month two [11]. And across multiple large-scale trials, over 90% of patients experienced meaningful improvement within 2–3 months of daily irrigation [1][3][5].
Still not sure? Try it 30 days. If you don't notice a difference, ship it back for a full product refund. You cover return shipping, that's it. 400,000+ people have already made the switch.
Try it for 30 days. If you don't notice a difference, ship it back for a full product refund. You cover return shipping, that's the only cost.
